Bay Leaf Fire Prevention or Station Tour Request Form

This form is a request for Fire Prevention Classes or station tours to be held at your location in the Bay Leaf Fire District or at one of our three stations. Please fill out this form in its entirety and send it to us using one of the following three options:

We ask for several dates due to the possibility of scheduling constraints.  Please notify us at least 2 weeks before your first requested date. What type of Class are you Requesting ?

Station Tour = Select this option if you would like to have a tour of any of our stations.

Basic = The basic fire prevention class consists of a tour of a fire truck, a firefighter in full protective gear, exit drills in the home, smoke detector upkeep, dialing 911 and the importance of knowing your address, matches and lighter safety, and "stop, drop, and roll".

Parade = Several subdivisions in our area have community parades in which they ask us to participate.

Fire Extinguisher = Children and adults have the opportunity to fight fire. Students will watch a video and have a small class about different types of extinguishers and how to use them. Class size is limited to 15. Children 9 and up only.

Tour = A showing of the equipment found on a fire truck.

First Responder = Discusses the importance of how we help the community during EMS calls, i.e. what we carry and how we use it.
